Dedicated to the true American Pit Bull Terrier
Satin Balls are normally fed to dogs as a way to quickly increase their weight in a very short amount of time. If your dog needs to put on a few extra pounds for a dog show or simply needs to gain some weight back due to sickness then Satin Balls are a healthy and nutritious way to do just that. Satin Balls will also help with hair loss, and will keep your dogs coat healthy, glossy, and shiny. Satin Balls can be fed as needed or on a daily basis. They can be fed alone or with your dogs normal kibble. Satin Balls don't typically cause diarrhea in dogs, but try one out on your dog first as a precaution before starting them on a daily regiment.
10 lbs Ground Meat
1 jar Wheat Germ
1 lg box of uncooked Oatmeal
1 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
10 raw Eggs AND Shells
10 small pkgs unflavored Gelatin
1 1/4 cup unflavored Molasses
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch Garlic Powder
1 lg box Total Cereal (apprx. 2lbs)
Mix all of the ingredients together well, much like a meatloaf. Roll into balls about the size of a tennis ball. Place in small Ziploc freezer bags and freeze. Thaw out as needed. Satin Balls are intended to be fed RAW NOT COOKED! I normally feed my dogs one Satin Ball a day.
